In September of 2016, The Residential Group and PPD Holdings sold One MetroCenter, a 320-unit community in Nashville, Tennessee, for $67.4 million.

One MetroCenter is a high-density apartment community developed by The Residential Group and Horsepower Realty, LLC.  The property is located in Metro Center on Vantage Way.  The housing community is in close proximity to downtown and works off the synergy of the existing office park, making it an ideal living destination.
