Our history demonstrates an extended local presence in many of these markets (both large and small), which affords us an understanding of trends and other patterns that create the unique opportunities necessary for success. Residential real estate is truly specific to each market.
Financially, we are open and welcome to joint venture investment and development opportunities, and we have the capability to perform third-party activity for select clients. Philosophically, we are owners and investors, and prefer to remain such in our communities long term to ensure that quality of management and product are not compromised. Opportunistically, we will continuously evaluate the investment landscape to determine the optimal solution for TRG and its investors.
