Winkler & Gladiolus

Winkler & Gladiolus is a project in Fort Myers, Fla. Utilizing block and plank construction with surface parking, and will consist of 386 units in four, 5-story buildings, and four townhome units.

One of a very few remaining in-fill sites west of Interstate 75, W&G is centrally located in Southern Lee County, with a short drive to area attractions such as Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. W&G is situated near Lakes Park, multiple Lee Health System hospitals, and plenty of schools.

W&G community amenities feature a resort-style pool, two-story clubhouse and sky lounge, fitness center, dog park, tennis and pickle ball courts, and a walking path around a community lake that spans more than seven acres.

Construction is set to begin in March 2024.
